"Crying in H-Mart" , by Michelle Zauner Mixed (Korean mom, American dad) girl in Oregon, growing up between two worlds, comes to terms with her identity as a young adult after the passing of her mom. Touching. The audio version is read by the author, which adds another deeper level to the experience. Recommended. Jan-29-2025 "The Lottery and other stories" , by Shirley Jackson Short stories. I see why it's a mandatory reading in high school (good structure, good writing). But not for me. Jan-08-2025 "The Alchemist" , by Paulo Coelho Classic.
